Fern handled the sale of our home recently and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with. He met with us months in advance and outlined his approach to the sale and what to expect. Apparently, selling a house is one of the five or six most stressful activities that one can endure. Well, we approached this activity with much trepidation and reluctance. Moving is not a pleasant experience at the best of times. Too many things to do, and too many questions to be answered, as we made our way through the process. How do we get potential clients to look at our home; what are the things that needed to be done to make it more marketable; how do we post it; what would our selling price be; what would our net gain be after all of the expenses; how much time would we need to sell; and most important of all, how do I get a real estate agent who is reliable, trustworthy and has our best interests at heart? And many, many more questions that cannot all be posted here, but which are raised as one goes through the process of selling their house.
We needn’t have worried. We partnered with Mr. Fern Beauchamp of Remax to help us with all of the selling aspects of our house. Mr. Beauchamp answered all of our questions with unfailing ease. He came into the partnership treating us with the utmost respect and acted with integrity and professionalism throughout the entire process. He advised us at every step of the way, and allayed our fears and misgivings about the process at every turn. Fern kept us up to date on the progress at least once a week and we had a conference call most every other week to review progress and discuss strategies. Fern knew exactly how to approach the process and made suggestions for improving our chances of selling the house within our required timeline, within our price range, and according to the suggested market conditions. Mr. Beauchamp certainly knows his business.
Fern’s team also provided us with great support, always giving us timely and appropriate feedback and helping us get through the process. They were also a pleasure to deal with; always working with a good sense of humour and with an understanding and consideration of the impacts this had on our lives – scheduling ‘showings’ with plenty of notice, and providing the background materials necessary to support the sell.
